The service was excellent as other reviewers have stated. I got the beef kofta kebab plate, which was serviced with grilled vegetables, pita, side salad of choice, and garlic sauce (or other sauce of choice). The beef was so flavorful and most. The char on the vegetables were excellent. The garlic sauce is also amazing when paired with the beef. Though, the beef and vegetables were a bit on the salty side. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service and quality of food I received from Fast Eddy’s. They also serve solid looking sandwiches and soups that I would definitely come back and try one day.

This is one of the best flagship restaurants in Jacksonville and deserves to be on your must try list. I've been a regular now at this place probably the last six months or so and I have to say everything I have tried here has been both delicious and technically sound. With Fast Eddys I guarantee you'll be treated like family, leave absolutely full, have leftovers and want to come back to try more of their menu. I would say their menu is rooted in Middle Eastern cuisine but diversified and modernized into American Classics. Their daily specials, classic shwarmas, burgers, pasta dishes, Hummus with homemade lita chips, biryanis, fahtoosh salads, and literally everything else is made with love, caring staff, and a young chef that takes pride in what he serves. This is a place to note to all my local Jax Foodies and should be near the top of your must try best places in Jax. Fast Eddy’s is one of those rare restaurants where the experience is every bit as memorable as the food. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and energetic, and it was obvious that the staff genuinely enjoy what they do. Our server, Justin, was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He took the time to share the history of the restaurant, the family behind it, and the inspiration behind the menu, while offering thoughtful personal recommendations that made our first visit even better. Service was impressively fast without ever feeling rushed. My wife ordered the Beef Eddy, while I went with the Hammurabi Burrito, and we both chose the fattoush salad on the side. The food was exceptional. The Hammurabi Burrito is a brilliantly creative twist on Middle Eastern flavors—a massive tortilla packed with seasoned beef, biryani rice, French fries, pickles, sumac onions, garlic spread, and amba sauce, creating an incredible combination of textures and flavors in every bite. Exceptional quality freshly made to order food. Some traditional Middle East dishes like tabbouleh and curry chicken, but also serves an awesome American burger, for example… Portions aren’t huge, but the burger is... Reasonably priced. Relaxed atmosphere. Staff seems to appreciate hard rock music. If that’s not your thing, try getting your food to go. Review To start, I’ll mention that we are from the Northern Virginia/DC area, which is known for a huge variety of high quality options across pretty much any cuisine you can think of, and, Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisines are one of our favorites across the board. My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick and easy meal with great flavor before we headed out of town this evening, and we stumbled across Fast Eddy’s Quick Mideast while we were looking for options in Jacksonville. We wanted to try something local that was a little more unique than the usual American fare and seafood around the area, and we found this AMAZING restaurant! Not only were all of the staff we met knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and extremely helpful, they also really made us feel at home after such a busy day of traveling. We loved the brief conversation and recommendations we got from Justin, who was just an absolute gem.
